Every women I work with has her own unique needs and circumstances. Generally, it's aĀ 6 to 10 week coaching journey, designed to give you clarity, confidence, and practical tools to take control of your nutrition. Together, weā€™ll co-create an approach that works forĀ you and your unique needs.
